******COVID-19 UPDATE******

In light of the growing concern around the Corona-virus we'd like to inform you on our actions to mitigate the risk.

Events will continue with normal precautions of routinely disinfecting the gaming trailer and its contents. We'll provide sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, and we ask that each participant wash their hands before and after entering the trailer. We also ask that any participants with flu like symptoms not enter the trailer, and if this affects the event we will work with you to reschedule. We will continue to monitor developments of the pandemic. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.

PRIVATE POLICY:
Party On A Truck, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

BAD WEATHER:

Our trailer is designed for all types of weather conditions - We come rain or shine! The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. However, in the event that severe weather (strong wind, lightning, snow and/or ice, flooding/extreme heavy rains) makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event.

DAMAGE:

Party On A Truck, LLC will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Any damage to the truck or equipment inside by party guests will be the responsibility of the client. Party On A Truck assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property during an event. All damages and/or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client.

FOOD/DRINK:

We do not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater.

DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION:

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your event with Party On A Truck. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $125.00 is required to hold your reservation once your booking date and time is confirmed. The balance is due the day of your event. Party On A Truck has a NO REFUND policy. In the event of reservation being cancelled, Party On A Truck will make every effort to reschedule your event to another date for a $50 fee.

PAYMENT:

All remaining balances are due the day of the event if not paid in full initially. In the rare event that remaining balance payments are not made in full the day of the event Party On A Truck reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card used for deposit as a one time subscription fee for the remaining balance.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: 
Our primary service area is a 30 mile radius from Toledo, Ohio 43615. We also service a secondary area outside our primary area of up to 60 miles, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. Our secondary service area will require a minimum 2 hr booking. See our Service Area page for more information.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: 
Party On A Truck requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.

TRAILER/TRUCK PARKING:
The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the mobile trailer to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park.If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, we will request an alternative location be provided. If one can not be provided we reserve the right to cancel the event. We will park in driveways only if we can do so safely and will only do so at our discretion.

PICTURES:
During any event we will possibly be taking photos to post on our social media pages and website for marketing purposes. If you do not want any photos taken and posted please inform us in writing prior to your event.

INTERNET WEB BASED GAMING:

Please note internet web based games (i.e. Fortnite) cannot be guaranteed due to the inability to control internet connections. If internet web based games are requested there will be a limit to the internet web based gaming options. Party On A Truck will do its best to ensure a quality gaming experience, but this may mean not allowing any internet web based gaming at all.
